Middle Sound Marina is the areas newest and most unique waterfront development. This project started as a vision to turn an outdated boat yard and repair facility into a 30 slip marina featuring 3 waterfront lots. This was accomplished using the newest materials and construction methods with an overall emphasis on reducing the environmental impact.
The Marina features a brand new steel bulkhead and floating docks constructed from African Hardwood. Each slip offers access to a private parking area and bathhouse. For a full list of amenities please visit our Marina Features page.
Extending from Middle Sound Loop Road all the way to our protected basin are 3 residential lots offering views of Figure Eight Island, the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.
